Kevin Urquhart

As a teenager, I began my construction career as a laborer in Nashua, NH. I have had a wide range of experience over the last 30 years from a residential construction superintendent to a commercial project superintendent and now the president of my general contracting firm. I worked as a residential superintendent for various construction companies in the Charlotte area before I moved onto commercial construction. At Span Construction I was a steel erection Superintendent where I over saw the erection of Costco and Grey Bar facilities throughout the country. At Fisher Development, I was a tenant build out/renovation superintendent building Gap clothing stores along the eastern coast.

I have overseen all aspects of custom homes to commercial upfits such as multiple Salon Lofts, Petsense and the installation of industrial water storage tanks for Diamond Springs Water. Throughout my construction career I have gained extensive knowledge in all areas of construction.
